The game was a first person 3D maze running / labyrinth game. I remember specifically that there were fox/wolf girls in the first level that would attack you and try to capture you. As you run through you could see other men who had been captured being used by the wolf / fox girls. There were quite a few levels, each with their own unique female monster.
