Ok so it is set in a game the female protagonist is trapped in. The game had a mechanic where you had a chance to use a completely new skill when low on hp and party members could be raped in combat with cut ins. The first quest has you going to a tower where you climb the top but don't find the treasure you where looking for and get attacked by a group of 3 guys. You can submit to them and they rape you OR you fight them. I also remember something about a powerful guy black mailing one of your party members who is married to one of your other party members because he could revoke there treasure hunter license and the same could happen to the protagonist.
There is also a big moment at the end where you have to pick a treasure chest out of several fakes and you get a bad ending immediately if you don't pick the correct one.
