Older fantasy game where you managed a town and recruited various female warriors from classic fantasy classes, did development/upkeep of your town, and took groups of them out adventuring. Was a bit primitive compared to modern designs but graphics were okay. Almost positive it was Ren'Py, definitely not RPGM.
