Unfortunately, this was before i discovered f95 so its really difficult to find.
From what i remember you use a dating app specifically for a femdom type relationship, then are drugged and imprisoned in a sex dungeon, the mc is male or female. The whole game is a system of getting punished for attempting to escape/resisting. I also remember a stats bar with things like willpower / ability to resist or something and submission.
I remember it being text only, although it could be like those books with the like occasional small image.
Hopefully its still out there.
