I wish I could give half stars in the review because this game is neither deserving of 3 nor 2 stars.
At a Glance:
Not enough H too much grind, didn't finish because I got bored with it.
More Detailed:
The local governor turns her brother into a woman (you play as them) so she doesn't have to work. The amount of dungeon runs, puzzles, etc. to the amount of H content is very lack luster. I honestly stopped playing after an hour or so, even edited the save file to give more power ups to try to shift the balance towards H but it didn't work out.
The Good:
The art isn't bad and has a nostalgia feel to it. There is a clothing system (albeit only a few options) and a clothing damage system (a good progression from clothes to nude). The NPCs react to different outfits and states of undress in expected NPC fashion. The ability to skip dialouge by pressing a button (I wish it was ctrl or holding select like most games but it is shift). Battle H scenes are also implemented though it is one type of H attack/scene per type of enemy character as opposed to several types of attacks from one type of enemy.
The Bad:
Aside from the minor gripes above, here are my thoughts. Not enough variety nor enough frequency of H scenes; the game was not the only thing that went unfinished while playing. There's a tracker for protagonist's stats but it almost seems meaningless. Dungeons and areas feel drawn out more than they need to. The "puzzles"(teleportation squares) are annoyingly overplayed. No defeat H scene with most mobs (sort of feeds back to my first gripe). For whatever reason I feel like the censorship on this game is worse than other censored games (less actual color variation in the region almost like a Barbie doll then that is censored).
