I liked the beginning of the game, I won’t say I liked it a lot, because I do have a few concerns:
First, there's the choice of Orochimaru as the protagonist. It's clear the game was inspired by the success of Akabur’s Witch Trainer. The whole setup of staying in a single room and interacting only when characters show up really resembles that formula. The issue is that Orochimaru, at least up until now in Naruto, has never shown any sexual interest in anyone. He’s always seemed focused solely on knowledge and power. So what would justify this sudden change in how he treats the female characters?
One idea could be that after acquiring his new body (Kakashi’s), his desires start to shift, and he begins seeing these characters with more sexual interest. But so far, the game hasn't conveyed that. Also, the “Genie” in Witch Trainer was charismatic and funny, something Orochimaru is not. A way to make this work could be to show changes in his personality through internal monologues, self-questioning thoughts, and desires as he watches the girls enter his room.
The art is great, that’s definitely a plus. However, I would have preferred if the characters had kept their original body proportions. That alone would make them sexier in their own unique way by preserving their connection to the original work. It would also avoid the generic pattern found in many +18 parody games, where every girl just ends up with huge boobs. It could even add some interesting dynamics, for example, “Kakashimaru” reacting differently to Hinata, who naturally would have a larger bust, versus Sakura, who has a smaller one, and so on, Also, let’s be honest, Sakura having bigger boobs than Hinata is just criminal
As for personalities, I think this is an area where the game is currently lacking. The general concept of gradual corruption is good, with Sakura resisting and Ino being naïve and clueless, but Sakura’s personality feels way off. She comes off as a kind of Goku character, all "I wanna fight and get stronger hehe," which doesn’t really fit. Sakura in Naruto is not innocent, and around this point in the story, she would be more serious, especially since she’s focused on saving Sasuke.
I get that the game doesn’t have to be a carbon copy of the anime, but that was the impression it gave. Also, I think the progression of "favors" with her is unorganized. So far, there’s been a handjob and a blowjob, and even those happen as tiny scenes during a distant mission. For a trainer game to be satisfying, the player needs to feel proximity and involvement. Maybe Sakura testing directly on Kakashimaru would be a better idea, like a kind of “preparation phase”, and that would require a lot of dialogue and manipulation. Of course, it should start with small steps to justify her gradual mental shift, with each favor being organized and repeatable via the menu. Witch Trainer had both personal and public favors, that mission-based one could’ve been a public favor she’d only be willing to do after trying personal ones first.
As for Ino, I find the idea of exploring her powers interesting, but she still feels a bit... empty? Compared to Sakura, she seems like she's just there without a real purpose, which kills a lot of the potential satisfaction from corrupting her. Also, her randomly undressing and touching herself during a session doesn’t work from a trainer game perspective, it feels too easy. We usually expect strong and charismatic personalities that gradually break down. That said, this part could be greatly improved with some thoughtful development.
Now, about Tenten,to me, she was the weakest choice in terms of how she’s used to bring in clients. It would have made much more sense if she started out “broke” and gradually came to the player for tips on how to improve the shop and increase item sales. That would give her a sense of progression. Instead, she just offers herself right away, and that immediately kills the player's interest in her.
Hinata has a promising concept with the training idea, but again, she lacks direction and dialogue. She’s more than just being shy and quiet. Right now, she has no real personality to make her valuable in the game. Her suddenly wanting to train in her underwear is terrible for this type of game. That part should definitely be rethought and redone.
Overall, I’d say the game has a lot of potential and room for improvement. It’s definitely better than 90% of the games released in this genre, but as I pointed out, there are still many areas that need serious attention.
