RPGM - TUNNEL ESCAPE Fates Entwined [v0.11.0a SP] [Elzee]

I did try out the first game and it was so fucking boring and twisted I didn't even bother to write a complete 1 star review for it. What is supposed to have improved here? I see literally the same boring ass ridiculously grindy and shitty gameplay. Almost quite literally copied the whole thing 1:1.

I don't know, did the animations really get better? Do we consider this decent? Really? What on earth has happened to this industry that people consider this shit decent? How desperate have we become as gooners that people can fap to material like this? Outside of that, what is there? One would have to be out of their damn mind to consider the gameplay engaging... So do we really like the porn here? What porn? The average at best illustration of an up and down bouncing character on a censored dick? Since there is literally no smut to speak of, it has to be that. Gosh, that really must be what does it. Well, fuck me cause it didn't do it for me. I can't imagine how desperate somebody must be to fap to this. That's a low I don't envy.

Oh, and really, the dev thinks they are such golden, flaming, hot shit, that they've gone as far as to put a hidden DRM in their previous game that is a rootkit virus in disguise? What a fucking story that is! Can't wait to support them on DLsite, Steam, Subscribestar or Itch.io. FUUUUCK might as well do it on all of them!

First off, it's absolutely unfair to rate this game down just because it's built off of the first game and is very similar. Why fix something that isn't broken?

This game so far stands on its own, I think there are a few QoL changes. The original game had good gameplay and art. I think the only thing lacking was that it was too difficult to get into H-situations, but I think they've done a better job now.

The art has visibly improved.
The gameplay has improved.

It's basically an improved version of the previous one and I have no complaints, I think this plays a lot better, can't wait for the full version.

On it's own and as a sequel...or prequel or whatever the hell it's supposed to be (I like to press skip buttons) it's absolutely mediocre all things considered. What you see is what you get, no extra special content to be seen so far. Not like the first one offered anything in endgame other than an endless mode.

Art's fine? Not better nor worse than before.

I feel like my review is so surface level deep and bland as well as uninformative - but it's solely because this game is like a Chinese takeaway meal. You eat it, but you're still hungry by the end of it. There's nothing really of substance here that hasn't been done in the first game and for the first game it was basically a novelty, as the first game was "unique" in a sense. First game by this dev so you go easy on em. The second they pump out the same one to one game with a fresh paint without adding anything of actual substance to it, it becomes just a forgettable slop one.


Now whether the slop strikes your fancy a second time or whether this is your first time is not for me to decide. I rate it average because it really just is. It's fancy, it's pretty but it's truly just uninteresting after the first two levels. Not like we've seen more than that really so far, but then again, in the first game that was the same recipe.

Don't fix if it ain't broke I guess. Though then again, we get it for free here.


I recommend it for free. I don't recommend paying for it however. So try it. It's free. It's relatively short too and if you didn't like the first and maybe second level, just quit because nothing changes past those points anyways.

Incredible eroge and good game, good gameplay but a bit slow and laggy if u have a potato pc like me (or laptop). And nice touch of Brazilian Funk on the boss soundtrack, The sounds and soundtracks slaps.

This is not Better than the previous version. The Story is about the same the Gameplay is about the same and the sex is the same over and over again.

The Virus bar is still fills up too fast.
Agility is lost in most of the powerups you receive.
There is no groping, no pre-sex molesting. and only one sex move pre enemy. Meaning each enemy has only sex position.
The sewer zombies are no good just gross and disgusting, and not in the good way. Bring back the Dog for bestiality.

Please make some groping content and reduce the Drawbacks of the Seed of the zombie. especially the Agility reduction.

Put some Sex attacks like in karryn's prison, where the MC arouses the zombie.

V.V.Imp: Zombies are defeated after they Ejaculate 1 or 2 times.
Make that happen and this game would be more interesting.

Make the MC become Sluttier the more sensetive she becomes. this will make the game a little different than the last one. Thanks

This is more of the same mediocre slop that the previous Tunnel Escape game was, but with a different protagonist. Only the art changed, nothing else.

Elzee's formula for games is Anime 2D art + Zombies + Turn-based Roguelike gameplay. Except for the CG, the gameplay is the exact same... only this time around, the MC doesn't seem to mind that she's raped by an enemy. Her facial expressions look like she's enjoying it instead. The background images went from an underground facility to the street and labs... That's really about it.

There is nothing new you haven't already seen in the previous game. I would recommend giving this a try, but there is no innovation in this "sequel"... Only play this if you're interested in the CG or once the game is fully completed.

More of the same but different story and new enemies. But that's good because the first one was really good and this is shaping up to be just as good. It's great that this is being made as i found the first one to be one of the best games of 2024

TUNNEL ESCAPE Fates Entwined is a "dungeon crawler" style game with turn-based elements where players battle enemies with a standard RPGM style combat.

Gameplay plays exactly as the previous version, where players control Olivenia, a police officer tasked with escorting a private investigator out of the city guided by her (love interest?) Noah.
Like the previous entry, players navigate a randomly generated dungeon, fighting enemies and encountering random events such as exploring abandoned warehouses or groups of monsters. When players encounter monsters, they are put into a turn based style of battle where whoever fills the action bar first gets to take actions first. Actions are pretty similar to generic RPGM style games, so if you've played those this should be familiar.

H Scenes within the game are primarily battle fuck as of this version, identical to the Elzee's previous entry, just with different monsters. Fully animated, like the previous game though it does retain the stiff animation from the first game.
The addition of a secondary character (Noah) is where this game deviates from the first and judging by the option to enable the NTR dialogue, one would expect there to be H-scenes outside of combat either involving Olivenia fucking her love interest or cucking him. Either way, as of this version there isn't any scenes yet, which is disappointing but hopefully Elzee does intend to add some as it currently just feels like a waste of the secondary character.

If you played and enjoy Elzee's previous TUNNEL ESCAPE this is (again as of this version) fundamentally the same thing. That being said, this game is very early in development, with only the first stage being playable.

I seriously do hope that Elzee adds content to differentiate this from it's predecessor, because as of now it is quite literally the exact same game.
Can't rate any lower than 4 stars as I still enjoy this style of game, but currently refrain from a full score as it doesn't improve much from the first game. Still recommend giving the game a try as it doesn't waste your time at least.

I'm no game developer or anything, but I assume that you are meant to improve and expand upon the gameplay of the previous game that you make. You know to like to keep it interesting to returning players. This is identical to the previous tunnel escape, but the girl that's having sex with all the zombies is a different girl this time.

So err 3/5. Still fun but disappointing.

I have nothing against this game.

It's just the same plain old thing as the prequel. The UI, events, guns, items... Literally everything except story (which is mediocre from what we have now), characters (that have the same archetypes as your typical NTR game. i.e. very forgetful) and places is the same. The action takes place at the same time as the prequel and the devs are clearly hinting that meeting with the protagonist of the "prequel" is going to happened sooner or later. I'd barely classify it as a DLC if it were up to me.

If you liked H-scenes of the previous title then sure, give it a shot. Outside of that it has nothing more to offer.
