It is not implemented. This game is still in development. Little less than half-way through if I had to guess.
There is a very similar game from the same author, completed, that this one is a sequel of.
Is it just me or does the harpy scene automatically not happen? Harpy gets the heart, grabs the pc, and then when the harpy takes their next turn, the pc automatically kicks them away and escapes. A bug?

I'm assuming this is the VR thingy? You need to explore around until you find an event to enter "Freeman's lab" or something like that. Then do the event.
This lab seems to only appear in the first level, so do that one until you get it.

How did you do it? The bug happens to me even in normal gameplay, wiht both elite and non elite Harpy.

Did you lose your virginity ? In game, I mean.
I had the same bug, until I lost my V-card, then I got the complete scene with an Elite Harpy.
You're not missing much though, it's just rubbing (still happy it's there, there's not enough rubbing in H games). Hoping for a futa version, since there is a futa filter in the options.

Yeah, right after writing the post i thought about it, since other battles gave you a QTE before penetratio only if the MC is a virgin. Of course no penetration can occur with a rubbing scene, so it makes sense that she free herself automatically as long as she's virgin.
I bet the futa version will be added, and then the QTE will play.
There is a special side room that contains the chip, but you have to have already been porked by enemies. Otherwise she will kick and destroy the chest if virginity is still intact and you ask her to open the chest by accepting. I think that was what stopped the harpy from grinding my character as well since I was doing a virgin run at the time. Once I let an enemy penetrate her, there were a few things that "unlocked" that were not available beforehand.
For some reason whenever i choose "Yes" she just destroy the chest
Does she need to lost virginity for it to work?

I got dumber or this game is harder compared to the first one. Executor looks impossible without lot of grind on hard mode.
You can only interrupt him with kick or a special pistol shot when he's about to attack, in the 'red' zone.
