Seeking Turret defence games

Hello everyone, I'm looking for games in the Turret defense genre... Of course (preferably) with the following content(at least PART) :
1) There is content +18 -_- ;
2)Well drawn (and not some freaks);
3) Animation;
4) Completed product (in rare cases, you can recommend BETA, if it is very interesting)...;
5) Possibly (plot);
6) Improvement system....
Well, everything like that...

This is NOT exactly the same, the game here is more like a turn based X-com (Although if I understand correctly, then there is more in common with plants vs zombies -_-) But this is a bit different... and I'm looking for 1 place with a building and defending condition...A similar game can be considered if there are no usual analogues...

There's one that I played, but the drawing were poor and the mechanics rather boring - it wasn't a proper TD, but more like a line defense where there were like 5 rows and you'd purchase fighters in real time.

The enemies were female fantasy creatures that would rape your male soldiers. New soldiers and skills were unlocked each level.

Maybe someone will be able to tell you the name with that description.
