It's a fun little time waster and, personally, I enjoyed it. Think of it as bullet hell/heaven style of game.
As has been mentioned, there is no porn. If this were a movie in the US, it might have a PG-13 or maybe a R rating for suggestive language.
You enter a stage and fight enemies to gain money and super gun energy after each day of combat. If your character takes too much damage, you lose, and if you lose all of your generators, you lose.
You can spend your cash buying passive upgrades, weapons, or 'generators' to power the super gun. When you get to 100% power, there is a final round and if you survive and at least 1 generator survives, the gun fires and you win. The victory screen has some basic stats and you gain experience for the weapon you used. After that, rinse and repeat ad infinitum.
The graphics are fine, no ultra 4K 3D graphics, but they are perfectly fine.
I did not have any crashes at all while playing the game and the game felt very light on system demands.
Achieving certain milestones/achievements will unlock additional weapons or different clothing, which offers bonuses such as extra range, damage, reload speed, ammo capacity and damage to various enemies.
Down sides:
There are only 3 stages.
Each match gets quite repetitive after you complete a stage the first time, there are no variations in where enemies appear or what elite monster appears on what day.
You can unlock about 95% of everything in the game by repeating the first level over and over.
As has been mentioned, the fire graphical effects can literally cover the entire lower half of the game, so you end up shooting blind and hoping to see damage numbers appear. You can move your 'turret' side to side and see around a wall of fire, but it can get to the point where you just 'spray and pray' that you hit something.
The grind is there but it isn't insane. Examples:
Purchase clothing repairs 5 times in a single match.
Upgrade every weapon to max level (10 weapons and 10 levels)
Kill 20,000/50,000 Red enemies (or Blue or Yellow)
Dash 50 times in a single match.
You can definitely waste hours on end, if you enjoy the simple game loop (kill enemies, upgrade weapons, beat the boss).
If you need AAA quality graphics and game play, hardcore nudity and sex, and an immersive combat system, you might want to give this a pass.
