As someone who enjoyed Space Prison it won't come as much of a surprise that I enjoyed this demo. So expect a bit of fan-girling, but I'll try to keep the review sensible.
Art: Let's start with the easiest and most complex to nitpick of UBAREFEET's games, the art. Is it bad? Sure, but it is also charming in it's own gritty way. It grows on you like moss on a stone. The stone doesn't need the moss but the moss needs the stone. Unwrap that statement yourself. Overall, I like the art style and the effort, good job.
Kinks: 10/10, they are there in all there weird degenerate glory, and I love all of it. Presented in a enjoyable, for the most part and from who's perspective, way to explore kinks that you probably didn't even know you were into. It's like walking into two midgets fucking and going "Wow, didn't know I liked that." Not that I am into watching two dwarves fuck each other senseless.... You know what? You get it, the game even in demo has a LOT of kinks to explore which will be expanded on more in the future if following UBAREFEET'S previous game trend.
The writing: Well this is where UBAREFEET tends to shine brightest in their games by presenting a unusual situation in front of your face and letting YOU choose how you want it to go, even if it isn't screaming "Don't click this if you want to avoid this scene in big bold red letters", but some scenes even have that so take it as you will. They also present even some of the weirdest kinks in a way that makes your degenerate mushy brain melt even further into degeneracy and go "Ok, I'm ok with that... or maybe not. Reload save, how can I make this worse (better)?"
Gameplay: Eh, it's a demo and a lot of it need fleshing out still, like a lot lot. I hope it keeps the map exploration but stream lines some of the aux systems like the painful alchemy [ENTER] mashing. Collection of herbs from waiting on respawns could be sped up as well, but that could just be my perspective on it while still in demo since it seemed I'd have to travel 18 times through the map just to see a herb respawn when you need a butt ton of herbs to get further in leveling. Still unsure how you are supposed to beat the demon possessed Cthulhu child without cheating in the demo, maybe I am just bad or missed something important.
Disposition System: You control whether your are the submissive demure town slut/cum leader or if you are the town bully (still a slut) leader by your own actions. They are pretty obvious too and have a lot of call backs during text that you, the player, made that choice yourself to do the thing. Something I've liked about their games is you can explore both paths to the extremes to find special scenes or find a middle ground of experimenting and still find some scenes you wouldn't find otherwise. Is it complex and likely will need a walkthrough by game completion? Probably, but hey that's the fun of a semi-CYOA type game. Explore it all.
Hope this helped and wish to see more of the game in the future (hopefully, not to distantly).
