I'm mainly looking for a game that has the same concept or idea or even loose premise of one of those old style tycoon games where you either gain a plot of land and build thing upon it with events following your actions and random chance (something kiiinnnnda along the lines of Stationmaster... but with actual polish), or land is moved upon with pseudo-RPG elements (essentially XXXcivilation, RIP).
I admit I've likely played the majority of these but any point in any direction is always appreciated.
