Identify uh, 3D island, girl trainer rpg

Hi,

dear fellas.

I have been looking at thos recommendations others were getting. But somehow I can't find mine.

I remember an island with some girl(s) you were able to convince and train. You had to collect some stuff to build some items. It is made in first person view and the graphics were not the best but did it for the cause.
I really would appreciate to get a hint.

It has been a year or so that I found it and actually lost it again.

That is looking similar, but the one I meant had some graphic which was inferior. Maybe it was abandoned and remade? but hey, thanks I will take a look at it.
