ABOUT THE PROJECT
WE ARE DEVELOPING A UNIQUE CINEMATIC 3D GAME EXPERIENCE FEATURING A FULLY ANIMATED, STYLIZED MAIN MENU. THE GAME INCLUDES BRANCHING ROUTES, CHARACTER INTERACTIONS, NARRATIVE DEPTH, AND A VISUALLY RICH PRESENTATION. WE ARE LOOKING FOR A TALENTED UI ARTIST WHO CAN DESIGN A MEMORABLE MAIN MENU EXPERIENCE THAT FEELS ALIVE, IMMERSIVE, AND CINEMATIC.
ROLE OVERVIEW
AS OUR UI ARTIST, YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR DESIGNING AND DEVELOPING THE COMPLETE MAIN MENU INTERFACE — FROM VISUAL STYLE AND LAYOUT TO ANIMATED TRANSITIONS AND OVERALL SCREEN FLOW. YOU WILL WORK CLOSELY WITH THE CORE DEVELOPER TO UNIFY THE UI STYLE WITH THE GAME’S ARTISTIC DIRECTION.
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • CREATE A STUNNING UI/UX STYLE FOR THE MAIN MENU (LAYOUT, BUTTONS, NAVIGATION)
  • DESIGN MENU TRANSITIONS, VISUAL EFFECTS, AND INTERACTIVE ELEMENTS
  • DEVELOP UI ASSETS OPTIMIZED FOR A 3D ENVIRONMENT AND CINEMATIC PRESENTATION
  • COLLABORATE ON UI LOGIC, FLOW, AND USER EXPERIENCE
  • ENSURE VISUAL CONSISTENCY WITH THE GAME’S TONE AND ART DIRECTION
  • PROVIDE CREATIVE INPUT ON INTERFACE AESTHETICS AND PRESENTATION
REQUIREMENTS
  • PORTFOLIO SHOWCASING UI/UX WORK (PREFERABLY GAME UI OR MOTION UI)
  • EXPERIENCE WITH ANIMATED UI (2D/3D HYBRID DESIGN IS A PLUS)
  • PROFICIENCY IN TOOLS LIKE FIGMA, PHOTOSHOP, ILLUSTRATOR, AFTER EFFECTS, ETC.
  • UNDERSTANDING OF VISUAL HIERARCHY, TYPOGRAPHY, AND LAYOUT PRINCIPLES
  • ABILITY TO COMMUNICATE CONCEPTS CLEARLY AND ITERATE QUICKLY
  • PASSION FOR CINEMATIC GAME DESIGN AND VISUAL STORYTELLING
NICE TO HAVE
  • EXPERIENCE WITH REN’PY UI SYSTEMS
  • KNOWLEDGE OF MOTION GRAPHICS FOR ANIMATED MENUS
  • CREATIVE INTEREST IN STYLIZED OR NARRATIVE-DRIVEN PROJECTS
