ffmpeg is not there at all. And ffprobe always goes on/off/on/off/on/off. Wasn't that easy to get a screenshot lol

In Windows Explorer I have same behaviour (finds avif) but in lua script that is used in AMS with what UAGC build it should find only avi and that is working at my PC. Ur cmd screen proves that UAGC tries to process avif files as video and fails. I'll think what I can do about it later so plz don't delete original game. Also if u have spare time try to test it not from Windows User folder (both game and UAGC) just in case.

You should see my bin lol it has the game deleted like 15+ times lol.
I downloaded UAGC 3.0.7-Fix1 (without SDK) again to move it and the game to C:. Have the same issue there

Oh I saw that. I was wondering why UAGC doesn't make a *!.avif file anymore. Because now it just compresses "in file".
Though I wonder if that has something to do with it, because in my bug it acutally made a *!.avif file though it tries to compress it as video.

Mine would do the same, I had to remove avif's first before compressing. I can test again, but on that other game I had to remove avif's first.

So what this tells me. megalol has a special UAGC version, with no bugs and probably at least 3 times as fast, he doesn't want to share with us.

Maybe in future I'll add auto activation (like auto latin fix for some games) of this feature (in case any avif files detected) if not forget, curently I'm in lazy/vacaiton mode and also there are not much space left at RenPy compressor page for it .

to ..\UAGC\Scripts\UndertaleModCli\ folder, copy data.win and all other files and folders from SCC game to same folder (UndertaleModCli) as those bat file and run !unpack.bat. Btw I guess in both VM and not u have Windows 11?

It's UMT bug, in newest build it seems that there are no such problem. I'll release UAGC fix5 ~ in next 3h with some tools updated.

(install on v3.0.7 fix1 or newer): it's highly recommended to wipe old folders "..\UAGC\Scripts\JDownloader_2" and "..\UAGC\Scripts\UndertaleModCli" before updating!
- Updated some tools (this should probably fix that issue)

I doubt it, even the dev says that it is the compressed version. It was also discussed in the compression thread and don't think anything came about it and being able to do it.

Regarding "Love of Magic" maybe it's worth to try while ur PC is not busy with other stuff since when I've made Unity compressor (not repack) I did some test on that game(s) that showed it may be worth to try to compress it.
P.S. Just make sure that u're having latest UAGC version before trying.

I’m not sure if the extra, suggested options in the "video" category on the Unity panel are compatible or appropriate. There’s plenty of space, though. Of course, who am I to judge since I don’t know much about Unity, especially video compression. I’m not sure if all Unity games support VP9. If the DEV forgets to add the plugin, it could cause problems after compression. I think I’ve already said enough nonsense

Regarding "Love of Magic" maybe it's worth to try while ur PC is not busy with other stuff since when I've made Unity compressor (not repack) I did some test on that game(s) that showed it may be worth to try to compress it.

1) Actually I don't remember saying anything like this . Nevermind. Btw LoM game(s) have kinda big .resource file(s) and that means that video and audio inside of it most likely could be compressed at least twice.
2) This could be some internal asset file or bundle too long filename(s). When u compress Unity game I recommend to make game path as short as possible (rename it before compressing, for example to "C:\MIL").

Yeah, that settings are for VP8/H.264 videos, I don't remember games with VP9 and anyway it would be problematic to check every video if it's VP9 or not or game have support for it so I don't plan to change anything at least for now.

Yeah, put on C:\ and just game name, so not sure.

Anyway size of game u mentioned is not very big, I more interested in compression of Unity games +5GB size like this one (2 and 3 part).

So, since you said you were more interested and I thought you were still figuring it out, and was not able to yet.
