Unable to see latest updates

When i open the latest updates section is shown as the attached photo. when i open it from edge browser it's completely normal but when i open it on chrome it is shown like this. Any way i can fix this?

Have seen this explained as that there was a hickup when your browser requested the page and now the broken page is stuck in your browser's cache.
Force it to truly refresh (not from cache) with Ctrl + F5

Clear cache and cookies + do a browser restart as well if the force refresh option does not work
