I am sure the game is on f95, but I can't remember the name. All I remember is that the protagonist is an unattractive, socially awkward girl (somewhat reminded me of Tomoko from WataMote in terms of looks, but she also had glasses). At the start of the game you could choose whether to change her looks and make her more typically sexy or keep playing with the unkempt look.
