Hello, im searching is there is any tool to uncensor images and videos, ive tried topaz but dont works. anyone knows what program can i use to do it?

i have seen some videos around the net that have removed the pixel censor, its not porfect but much better than the original pixelation. im searching something like that

Do you have any good examples? The last time I looked into this, all videos were terrible...constantly jumping from mosaics to blur, uncensored, and then back to mosaics again.
