suppose in versioning some mistypes.. if v1.0 = release, now suppose v0.0.2 as world is empty and there nothing to do..

The build was supposed to release today, but I hit a delay due to real-life chaos. I’m currently in the middle of moving to a new place, so you can imagine how hectic things are. Everything should be sorted by tomorrow, though.

To be honest, better use classic semantic system.


The build was supposed to release today, but I hit a delay due to real-life chaos. I’m currently in the middle of moving to a new place, so you can imagine how hectic things are. Everything should be sorted by tomorrow, though.

Sorry for asking, but how to make money earn coins? I don't have enough money to buy a people and not able to make a female charactor preg after many times of breeding, or is there something on my ship that I can sale them to someone in the port? I really love uncharted waters series, hope this game could get success~~

i wonder if its ok to change versioning after the thread is up

thx for the feedback, it's far from final, and an all shader based implementation, meant to be performant, sometimes it can bebehave wrong based on the light angle, i will keep improving it and in the future eventually use a more robust solution, for now its just for furries to not have a flat skin

patiently waiting for next update :)

sorry about that, the money is random, and MAYBE since the prices are dynamic could there be a chance for the random money be at minimum possible and the cheaper slave worth more than what u started

still you start with a salve to sell, go on a SLAVER MERCHANT on the orangeish circle and sell your slave

all ports have places u can buy and sell slaves

Nothing fancy, just checking animations, idle behavior, and how the Felari moves around the deck.

still you start with a salve to sell, go on a SLAVER MERCHANT on the orangeish circle and sell your slave

all ports have places u can buy and sell slaves
Thanks for the reply~~but I still have some question, how can I make one slave mate with another slave? Is that a chance the female get pregnent through the breeding? And here is a suggestion, wish we could have a system that allow us to sell milk and "man milk":p

Like, you made them better when you train-fuck with them, increasing their value on the market.

And maybe the option to catch your own slaves in battles with enemies (other ships)?
Like, steal the enemies slaves for yourself.
Or even made the enemy surrender to you, made them into slaves.

I guess the idea of this game now is similar to uncharted waters game, you buy a slave in a city with a low price, then sell him/her to another city with a higher price.

And yes, your idea is very attractive to me, we can train them to make them more valuable.

And still I want to know how to let my slaves mate with each others, then get pregnant and deliver offsprings.

And I really want a liquid market, with offsprings and body liquid trade, we can keep some slaves for our own use and don't need to sell them to get their value.

- the pregnancy chance is fucked up, it was 10% but somehow i put a 0.10% in it, i will fix
- no slave/slave mating for now, but that's a high priority
- a resource drop and selling is planned but not for now

- for now you must buy on one port and look for a port that pays more and sell it
- if you see the last vids i posted they are about it increase your slave level, making it better on sex and it will make them worth far more
- combat is a high priority, for now no naval combat, the combat i'm planning for now are settlement raids, invade a city on village or tribe fight and get slaves

I downloaded from GoFile and Vikingfile. Both times the game started, went to a black screen then a popup said the game has experienced a fatal error and closed

Alright everyone, Build 3 is finally here, and this one is a leap forward for the Love/Intimacy system and overall gameplay progression.

The first addition is the Proportional Sex Skill System, which completely changes how characters grow. Instead of flat progression, skills now scale proportionally, giving each character their own unique development curve.

One of the biggest changes is that sex now rewards Love XP based on your success rate, meaning good performance actually matters. Love Stamina now affects how much XP you gain, and stamina replenishes through the day.

To make everything feel more immersive, time now passes slowly during sex, instead of skipping ahead too fast. And to go with all this system work, I also added new Sex poses, plus a brand-new Sex UI, making things smoother and more engaging than before.

Felari players also get something nice this build, more Felari skins, adding more diversity to the species.

There are also some improvements to the world and progression:
Characters with higher sex levels are now worth more when traded, a 10% value increase per level, making skill growth directly tied to economic gameplay.

Night brightness has also been adjusted, so nights are clearer without losing the atmosphere.

For stability and polish, I fixed several issues behind the scenes: worker ownership data now loads correctly when entering a city, and selling a worker now properly frees up cargo space on your ship.

That’s Build 3!
Systems improved, new content added, and cleanup to move us closer to the next phase. Thanks for sticking with me, more coming soon!

This SemVer is incompatible with most games because it is specifically designed for a frameworks. The link explicitly states:
Software using Semantic Versioning MUST declare a public API. This API could be declared in the code itself or exist strictly in documentation. However it is done, it SHOULD be precise and comprehensive.
Moreover, the link says nothing is wrong with using 3.0-alpha:
Example: 1.0.0-alpha < 1.0.0-alpha.1 < 1.0.0-alpha.beta < 1.0.0-beta < 1.0.0-beta.2 < 1.0.0-beta.11 < 1.0.0-rc.1 < 1.0.0.
It states 1.0.0 = public release.
Version 1.0.0 defines the public API. The way in which the version number is incremented after this release is dependent on this public API and how it changes.

1. Anally-retentively, for a standalone software, your API is your CLI. More practically, while the main goal of semantic versioning was addressing unclarity with dependencies, ergo the emphasis on API, tons of other software has adopted a similar version scheme because it helps communicate expectations.
2. 3.0-alpha would be the alpha version of 3.0, mayhaps followed by 3.0-beta, 3.0-RC1...N and finally 3.0. It wouldn't be the third alpha version.
3. Strictly speaking, public means that the API is now stable and follows the restrictions outlined. Practically, it usually means that the initial development is done. It doesn't mean that the software wasn't available publicly before, especially for testing/feedback gathering purposes.

Please tell me you're trolling, and that you're not going "ACKSHUALLY, you can't use semantic versioning for standalone software, despite lots of software doing it, and also this follows semantic versioning, because I don't understand what pre-release labels and public mean in this context" :HideThePain:

Also, the game needs a protagonist tag :)
