I'll be perfectly honest from the get go. It's only really getting 3 stars for being 100% all about incest. I mean, there is one non-blood related character, cannonically - but even then I'm sure you could make her a cousin or something.
Otherwise everyone else is a very close family member. Like, you do have the option to set them as somethign totally nonsensical, like a teacher or whatever. U-DO-U.
So, for a family circle simulator, that's nice.
What isn't nice is the game. Sure the models are very nice, while not being great per-say. Things get steamy rather early on, you can skip the grind right from the start of the game, you have a decent, but not perfect hint system on what to do.
It's okay-ish.
BUT as a game, it totally sucks. Pointless sandbox #a-billion. This isn't a "design-decision", it's pure incompetence. There's no reason for it to be a sandbox, it adds nothing. It just bleeds out facts like: The world is dead. People only exist when they are meant to exist. There are no people just in the world, there are only "quest givers".
Not to mention that the game is totally linear. Like, sure, a smooth brain could say "but I can talk to older sister, mom, then younger sister. Or maybe younger sister, then older sister THEN MOM!". And well, you would be right. You can take four events that esentailly happen at the exact same time as far as the story is concerned, and pointlessly put them into a certain order. Or you could have had a context menu that only gave you those options and saved you from clicking on random empty rooms. Or, the dev could have just made it linear ... since it's essentially already completely linear ... and call it a day.
So, yeah. Incest, fucking. Not loads of content yet. Good models, weak story, but nothing aggregious - it's passable. But horrible faux-sandbox, empty ghost world, bad game mechanics.
Skip or play? I'd say wait 3 years and see then.
