There is technically nothing wrong with this game. The premise of the game is interesting. The renders are good but nothing special. The models used are varied and work well enough. So far no bugs either. Sounds all good so far, right? The game also has a mild sort of point-based RPG system in place which makes it all a bit different.
There is a problem with that it is a flawed system: you can fuck yourself over if you pick the wrong stats to increase, thus: the only way to make progress is with a walk through... You can't really call it a game if you have to follow a manual: that's some IKEA shit, not a game.
Then there is the rest of this game, it just doesn't work.
The writing and dialog is uninspired, the characters come across as bland and boring, especially after being the victim of a massive psychological trauma like the premise of this game.
Which brings me to the renders: The game dialog describes that a character might feel bad or sad but it doesn't show it on screen: massive disconnect right there in the story, because of the visuals. It makes the characters truly come across as a plotdevice, all they miss is a yellow, glowing exclamation mark above their heads. And nobody has emotions or feelings to discuss one way or the other. Here's an example: Your cousin wakes you up in your room, she hasn't seen you in 4 years and blatantly asks for drugs after which you give some to her, then you can get a blowjob or just violate her because she passes out, and the MC/game-dialog then hints that you could even get to rape her if you just put enough points into a certain stat. REALLY?!?
The MC is a basketcase, hasn't had sex in 4 years and lets himself be held back because he didn't put enough arbitrary points into his phone... That is just the stupidest explanation you can think of and the dev actually used that one... I am even ignoring the fact that your cousin has nothing to tell you except that she got hotter then 4 years ago and wants some drugs, yeah, that behavior sounds vaguely realistic when it comes to people you haven't seen in FOUR FUCKING YEARS AFTER A TRAUMATIC EVENT! /s
I do not mind having to figure out how to get to walled-off content because it somehow works with the story or the RPG-point-system, but write some imaginative dialog for stuff like that. This is such unimaginative, boring, bare-bones written bullshit, it is insulting for anybody who likes some semblance of personality on their virtual fucktoys.
Except for the premise of the game there is no imagination, NONE what so ever when it comes to the writing, the characters or the renders. Creative this game is not, it is an IKEA styled manual of a porn game!
Hell, even the bedrooms are named: bedroom 1, bedroom 2, etc instead of: Mom's room, tracy's room, etc.
TLDR: The dev had all the right ingredients to bake a faptastic cake. But he botched the recipe by making you follow a manual to get to any good bits while not being able to figure out how to bake a cake himself.
