Soo, as was mentioned in an earlier post... You. Need. To. Be. In. Japanese. Locale...when extracting the .zip file. Or the filenames will be fckd up. So change system locale to Japanese or use sjisunzip or use a correctly set up WinRAR if you want to successfully extract the archive.

Ok, just understood what you meant, if you use 7-zip, right click 7zFM.exe and click "run with japanese locale", then go open the zip file.
