Unholy Disaster looks much better compared to this game and Aikagura despite being years older.

though i don't know, back in the day how long did it take for the OG unholy sanctuary game to come out? i remember downloading demos and stuff and then it not taking too long meanwhile unholy prayer is expected to release in 2026 or 2027?

anyone also clips through the thin platforms? if so, how can I avoid that? it is hella annoying to pass through levels like this, it just randomly happens without doing anything else than jumping.

ya 3D is worse than pixel art too but i still think it's better than live2d because it allows for more diverse sex positions in terms of angles, in l2d it's always this somewhat sideways angle, when for example guilty hell 2 has more varied positions

it might seem at first glance but it's not the dev made his own 3d models, the girl is actually pretty cute
it's also worth noting that she received quite the design update from 1 to 2, so i recommend checking 1 out as well

Ugh, so what the fuck is it with those effing platforms in the stage where you have to kill the tentacles (the mountainous stage), i keep falling trough them randomly which makes it really hard to climb all the way to the top of the mountain there. Like i tried climbing there for an hour or so falling trough platforms a fuckton of times only to fall trough the very last platform all the way down and just rage quit...

I mean i dunno that seems like a bug, and there is also the matter of the MC being unable to even reach the height needed to climb most of the platforms in later stages without the usage of that air kick skill (unless i'm blind as fuck and missed an obvious double jump ability somewhere).

it's easier to re-use assets.
instead of drawing every frame (at whatever pace it takes place) you just record some bones moving.
it saves you a ton of time as you can draw one sprite to handle a majority of the animations, and it's easier to add some dynamic effects as re-skins or masks on the main body.

I wish more developers would use this live2D stuff to eventually transition to pixel art to finish off the game when no more animation changes will happen.

Simple. If you don't experiment you get into a rut. You learn even if your production is a failure.
