Unicode Fixer
I made a program to restore badly converted unicode to utf-8.
This comes in handy when we find a game that was badly extracted then compressed again. Or you extracted the game and forgot to set encoding to JIS then deleted the zip/rar.
Note: Do understand that sometimes text can't be recovered, and that's because some data is lost when the text is first converted to unicode.
