uninstall cache from existing game 'A_Wife_And_Mother'

I want to reset the game A_Wife_And_Mother but when I uninstall and restart game it hasn't deleted the cache as prexisting save are still present. Do you know how to fully remove them from PC?

Try going to user / AppData / roaming / renpy and deleting the folder there. Also make sure to make a backup of it if you want to use it again in the future.

Saves and Persistant Files for Ren'py games are stored in a hidden folder on the Systemdrive.

C:\Users\*yourusername*\AppData\Roaming\RenPy

Alternate Way:
Windows Key + R to open the execution Window >>> Type %appdata% >>> Navigate back to the Roaming Folder >>> All your ren'py Games's Saves and Persistant Files are stored here.
