Seeking Unique art-styled hardcore themed games

I am seeking hardcore-themed games with unique artsyles. Like Nights in Suburra and NTRPG Priestess. But, exploring heavy corruption, body modification (gaping/prolapse) and multiple penetrations. The best example I can think of is ~Prince Side Story~ How Far Will the Sow Prince Fall.

Any recommendations?

It's too extreme for me, but it has a cool art style with some seriously hardcore elements.
