Unity Games mouse don't work

If I start a Unity game, I can't click on anything on the screen.

Same problem here. I can play any unity game with browser but when i download a game, and try to play it from my computer i just cant. it starts nicely, sound pops up, and i just cant click on anything.
Any help would be appriciated
ps. up till few weeks back i could play whatever i wanted

same problem the mouse is moving but is like the right button is disable
