Unity games no audio

maybe someone here has an idea, or someone else has this problem,
found it in man of the house, if i use realtek digital output, i have no audio at all, if i change it to nvdia hdmi(tv connected) or realtek speaker(headset connected) the audio works,
didnt play for a while, never happend before, worked always fine on the digital output in the past, so i think maybe now a newer unity or some windows update(maybe since the 1809)

Yea I have this exact same problem. Every unity game I'm playing has no sounds. Did you manage so find a solution?

cant remember exactly, but i think for me it was sonic suite 2 or so, from my asus motherboard, after i disabled it, it worked
