This review is for an older version of the game, not Ep 1, P1
The game has completely changed.
-----------------------------------------------
Nice start but needs some TLC.
The story's theme is certainly not original but the characters are attractive and the renders, sex animations and overall art design are impressive.
PROS:
1- Some very nice character renders. Big thumbs up here.
2- Really nice looking characters.
3- Attention to detail. The sets and locations look believable. They are not just empty spaces with a few pieces of furniture thrown around for effect.
4- Various branching story options and love interests. As of this version there are two. Where these options eventually lead , it's too soon to say as the game is early on in development. But there are some nice possibilities here.
5- Sex animations are really nice. Although they could be sped up a little. The kissing animation was excellent.
CONS:
1- The writing is inconsistent and doesn't always make sense. Unsure if this is a translation of a different language, but it needs quite a bit of work.
2- Some story options are odd. The shower scene comes to mind. It's confusing and the dialogue doesn't really make sense for what we see on screen. A "should I peek" shower scene somehow leads to a full blown conversation with a nude woman. It felt awkward.
3- The stereotypical dumb ass friend appears early on in the game but then vanishes. Humor in games, especially in a school setting, is always welcome. Would like to see more of it.
4- The game title is awkward. I'd come up with something new.
5- The MC's penis textures seem to change mid game. One version looked very nice, the other version looks like a baguette.
6- In one scene that focused on making an appointment on time the clock hands never move, creating a wtf moment. I realize it is an asset issue, but the dev should have chosen another way around it.
Final thoughts:
The game shows promise if the dialogue is fixed and the story actually develops into something worthwhile. It certainly looks good from a visual perspective. The dev has talent. But the biggest pitfall in most AVN's is the writing, and that's where this game struggles..
