Identify Unknown game - Possessed MC with amnesia

I played it about 2 years ago. Mc grows up with his future girlfriend and get to some kind of car accident. After that he wakes up in hospital with amnesia. As long as game goes, mc feeling headaches and something evil inside of him tries to awake, also he sees some part's of near evil future in that moments. Sorry for my bad eng, hope i will get help
