yeah its planned, technically the player model already has weight gain but I haven't implemented digestion mechanics

Remy has broken model, can't be inflated. Also there's a guy NPC at the back of a store that's not implemented (his model is also broken imma replace it)

If you don't want to edit Morph Targets outside of Unrealengine try out Meshmorpher. I use it in unreal engine to make custom morphs. It's pretty good and easier in my opinion than having to edit models and reimport them over and over.
