Unreal Engine 4 problems

Hello,not long ago i bought a new PC which is quite powerfull and i tried playing [Unreal Engine] Rekidling of the Red {Auril} and the game doesnt even load up and crashes..Im posting a screenshot of the error,maybe someone encountered a common problem and knows a solution

This is a DirectX related error, we got that too, it is because of the game trying to go in full screen whilst not being focused. At least that was the reason for our bug.
