Unreal engine sex game with physics

I have some experience.with 3d games. But I have no idea how to approach the development of a unreal engine game with simulated soft body sex? Can anyone point me into a direction? And would this be possible to make with unity?

Assuming you have your character rigged, and imported correctly. You'll have to do some work with the physics assets.

Looks like Unreal Engine is the better choice as it has soft body physics simulation, but unity is lacking in this aspect
