It's already a problem with the GPU and the DX12
My GPU is Intel Iris X.
It's already happened to me in several games that use Unreal.
That's why I use that DX11 option a lot to fix them.

It's about your graphics driver or the Windows installer that was sent?
In any case, I don't think it will cause any display issues.
In the case of the installer, it's just a DX add-on to get some games working. I don't think it will cause any display issues, and if it fails, you can uninstall it. There were no issues in my case.

And if with all that you get orange graduation errors, you can make the shortener with the win64 that I sent before

The Intel HD 3000 only supports up to DX11 10_1.
I think that's the problem with the installer not working.

the game requires version 11 of the dx11
The 3000 series only supports up to 10
And yes, optimization is missing, but it is understandable that it is an early version.
