I think good title would cat sim breeding project reason it summarizes it well.
Your avatar is given money/ time and your make cats to make criteria to certain month or time period or fact of matter your expendable. The cat girl or cat boy are not they species unknown that bred itself to mutated levels when left alone to their own devices when previous government contract former predecessor was taken to prison so what your doing is illegal and you could get way worst ways prison or even worst by your own government but if you pay off contractors and black market they say you don't exist?
Heh why does that sound so familiar, I think story reminds of lot stories there no other story pursue like find way communicate with cat species or learn if they know of way get out serious trouble or befriend them that would be interesting.

All has is upgrade base and make it better. From what I remember playing graphics did improve from previous last play I think they should involve more science upgrades like research methods. finding new way explore planet fauna find way to capture more?

I can't tell creator how to make a game that is wrong. that aside I feel game is missing something. I can't explain in posting because I don't know what will happen. I feel that review is good enough. It does have shops and devices you buy but if there was trader that came as well that would be interesting. If there was newer way to gain more income versus waiting for monthly stimulus or instead selling your cat girls caught I don't know. if there was way to send caught cat girls to catch new cat girls that would way cooler.

There is a censorship that is slowly removed as you unlock new upgrades, I kinda like it cause it makes sense. The character was hired for this doesn't mean they would be gun-ho for everything there. So you build your character up for more and more. Giving you a feeling of progress.

The contract system is broken you can get cats based on random chances so you might not even get a cat close to the contract and you keep getting bombarded with contract that are almost impossible to fulfill if you dont get the right rng.....

I have really high hopes for this thing. Let's just hope it won't end up like all other 'breeding games' where they're left half-finished. Boy, you picked it up and with it a large responsibility. Tho, I'm sure you'll be able to find people to help you, especially among those who want to keep it alive.

...Because it lacks a few things.

More races for example... Only 'catgirl' stuff gonna get bored a lot if it's the only thing we'll see.

The fact that 'pregnancy' is a test tube one is painful and will be VERY offputting for people who came here for this specific reason and they won't be able to see 'pregnant' character and only stare at the glass tank...

Animations nonexistent and overall content is pretty small but it's a release so I hope it's gonna change soon.

Small energy pool.

It lacks our character involvement really. Maybe give a female character possibility of being pregnant? Let guy also knock up girls if commission requests more 'human-like' behaviour. Something like talking character ( no need for any voice acting ) would also be nice, maybe throwing some small hints to help in the game like that so it's not just that silent protagonist shizz again.

We need ability to give names to our stock so we just don't stare at the line of 'Feline'.

Have something akin to 'private quarters' where we can look over some financial statistics and take a single girl / boy with us to the room as an... assistant.

We should be able to tell 'no' when we're not going to do a certain commissions.

Traits? It could be a fun mix into all of it. Some being stronger, some cuter another being a futa, some being 'fun'-sized while others bigger. Maybe some being more on the furry side? Just something to breath more life into it and make more variants.

I'll watch this project and I'll be more than happy to give it a higher rating once the content stars pouring in!

This game has all the elements of a fun management sim. Genetic Traits, animal capture, commissions, it's all here.

The good:
~A little robot humour, nothing like an angry robot companion that doesn't want to work with you, but has to.
~Cat girls! Well rendered, has colour variety.
~Breeding. Nothing like succeeding in having your prize girl pump out anything hefty pay check because some rich patron wants a blue one.
~Unique art style
~Hints of science fiction goodness. More world building wanted!

The bad:
~Can't rename your stock.
~No animations
~No ability to refuse or cancel commissions.
~Small stable space, makes it hard to keep a true variety of girls.
~Very limited energy pool. Makes the stat improvement a grind.

Suggestions:
~More dialogue. Let the robot complain, have your hunter tell stories. Have the player talk to themselves. Something to keep players engaged.
~Let us back out of commissions! Big penalty for not delivering them, small penalty for backing out maybe?
~Animations and breeding. The system of gradually turning this science nerd into a hedonistic man (or women) slut is cool. Expand on that. Breed the girls yourself. Or playing as a female, allow yourself to be breed and carry the baby yourself.
~Let us rename our stable. Steve was a good catboy, he never failed to deliver. But I couldn't remember which one was Steve because they were all named Feline.
~Make a stable of our own. We work hard. We should be able to play hard too. A cute catgirl (or boy) to cuddle after a long days work makes everything better.
~Expand on positive and negative traits. Add a percentage chance to pass that trait along? With rare traits having lower odds?

A great opening volley.

Art's alright if simplistic. The UI is a bit homely and simplistic but can be easily improved, along with some of the backgrounds and intro pics. The tits are nice and that's what I'm here for.

Story isn't really important in a sandbox like this. Dialog is alright and didn't make me gag.

There's only a tiny bit of what most would consider porn; I only found nudity and a filtered-over milking scene. I won't throw a fit for not having my preggo content yet, but I hold out hope for such later on.
