upgrading CMS... forever / DAZ3D 4.10 problem

Ok so I want to start creating VN and my first step was creating CG's so I downloaded DAZ Install Manager and then i downloaded DAZ Studio 4.10, Scene Builder, PostgreSQL CMS etc. (from official website) And everything would be great if I could at least start program. When i want to launch DAZ there are text at bottom left "Upgrading CMS" (photo 1). And it can be like this by several hours without progress. I checked my firewall, anty-virus (Kaspersky). It was my first time install this program on my PC (OS: Windows 10). And yes i tried to reinstall and change ports i settings. When i uninstall CMS program start but i've got error message (photo 2). I BEG YOU - HELP ME FAST.

Did you try re-installing it?

In that second pic, what happens if you hit ok does daz start, you can start the CMS in the smart content panel if daz runs.

So... I don't know where was problem. I've been very upset so i formatted my pc and install everything again and everything is now ok (WIN). Thank you for answers
