Uploading my first game

I'm not sure how to do it.
i don't have privilege to post in the game section.
do i need to upload it first to the game request section?
and in the same time to fill a ticket to be the developer of the game?

The easiest way to share a game on here is to create a Game Request and include either direct download links or a link to a public page that has links. Just go to the Game Requests forum, follow the Game Requesting Rules and then report the thread. Someone on support team will create a new thread for the game.

Or if you want to be the owner of your game thread, create a game thread in the Game Requests forum (yes, it's the same section) but instead of following the Game Request Template, create a Game Thread. Be sure to follow the Game Uploading Rules including the template there. Then report the thread. They'll make sure it follows the template, and then support team will move it to the Games section of the forum.
