But like no lead up to it? Just sudden and then the games over. Synopsis didnt say she was a lying whore from the beginning but rather acts like she gets corrupted after this whatever party that hasnt happened yet.

The whore part is coming. But yea i did jump the gun there. If she lies about a movie with her girlfriend she probably lying about other stuff. Just makes no sense to lie about seeing a movie. Its sloppy.

Hmm i think this may actually match the synopsis there, though -- like, it starts with a small lie that isn't really anything serious (it's not like people don't lie about such stuff, to avoid an argument or whatever, and it doesn't automatically mean they do it about everything and 24/7) but then it starts to escalate from there, maybe to hide that initial lie or whatever. Guess we'll see.
