Here's the link to the game (release version I'm pretty sure) since people asked. Includes a FULL SAVE folder, which contains a readme on where to put the save file in AppData.
I'm actually working on an English translation of this game

Do you have just the translation? I have the latest version of the game and want to see if it works with it.

Thanks, I didn't realize there was a latest version. The bad news is that applying a patch directly to the latest version by copying the files from my upload doesn't work (it breaks the .exe). The good news is that it's probably not hard to fix, I just have to decrypt the latest version's project.json and paste over the text values. It'll take a bit of time, so I'll update again.
Also, the changes in the latest version due to the patch aren't that consequential. Mainly:
1. Text font changed slightly
2. Damage values tweaked slightly, game feels easier overall
3. Enemy and map layout in world 5 edited slightly, world 5 feels easier overall
4. The save file is now stored somewhere reasonable (in the game folder itself, instead of AppData)
5. There is now a "beast mode" folder where you can play the game with a very overpowered Usagi if the game is still too hard; content is the same, just your HP value is huge
6. The post-game bonus fight has a chance of being bugged now, unfortunately (see below; it's POSSIBLE this isn't related to the latest update and just happened randomly in all versions, but I tested this fight about 10 times with the version I uploaded and it worked every time)
7. The BGM for h-scenes and the epilogue are now bugged, unfortunately, and don't play sometimes
As far as I could tell:
1. No dialog was changed
2. No CG or h-content was changed
3. Save files are compatible between initial version and final version, you just have to copy the save from AppData to Resources or vice versa.
So I'll try to get a new version uploaded but for those interesting in playing the game, I probably wouldn't recommend waiting for it given that there's nothing like a new enemy or new h-content, and the introduction of some new bugs. If the game is too hard, just use the full save I provided and bring "Little" Friend as your Bomb.

Just wanted to say great work on the translation! Discovered this game randomly among other ENG TL stuff and it was way more competent than I expected.

i hate the controls. and I've played my fair share of castlevania / metroidvania types of games.
edit: boss 2 is insane. every hit is a sexual attack and kills a hefty chuck of your hp. a lot of the attacks are so big and the "dark mode" was especially grating.
