Using artists works with credits in minigame

Sorry for bad english... I'm making a game with my own renpy renders and I desided to add a simple card minigame(memoria). I can make my own cards in renpy, buy there is a lot of them, and I don't think that's worth time... So I'am thinking about using another artist art for cards with all credits. Is it legal in terms of site rules; and in terms of fairness in your opinion?

If those works are only being used in the minigame I don't see any issue in using them.

I doubt players would complain as long as the actual game content isn't stolen also.
