Illusion Using Koikatsu BetterRepack RX22, how to add a chastity cage as an object in CharaStudio?

I know only how to add it as an accessory, but in many KK based games that have chastity, in some of the renders, one of the characters holds the cage and they not only have cages on penises, how do they do that? Is that a mod I need to install or is it already in the BetterRepack?

I know how to add items/ objects, I just can't find a chastity cage as an item/ object, only as clothing (I tried searching in all of the relevant-seeming categories under "add->items" for things like "cage", "chastity", "tube", etc)
