Hi,
I am thinking about creating a game, where I would use body and head models and textures from mods for Skyrim. Is than possible to have Patreon or Subscribestar, whereas game itself would be fully free? Should I include the authors of those mods in the credits? Your suggestions?

I'm not grumpy, I'm just coded that way.

Hmm, what do you mean by "use body and head"?

If it's through screenshot done in Skyrim, it's fair use, at least as long as Bethesda let you use their game that way. By creating the body for Skyrim, they implicitly agree for it to be used in all the way the game can be used.
But if it's to use the meshes then render through a third party software, like Blender by example, then you can't do this without the explicit authorization of the person who made the body and own the rights on it.

Yeah, I want to use models in blender. Will it be enough to include the authors of those mods in the credits? Because in many cases they even doesn't reply

I looked at 3ba what I want to use and found this, so I think this answers my question. 1737495521450.png
I want to ask if you know some free character creator, which has assets as hair, clothes and sophisticated body with high poly genitals and breasts?

Daz, Honey select, koikatsu(anime style), any free 3D body asset on the blender market(check for commercial use before).

or pay a guy to make the asset you want but brother that's going to cost you, good custom model with good meshes and rigs can cost up to a ball and a half.

I looked at Daz, and in their license agreement was using only renders and animations, because they as artwork are mine, but using models and textures in game needs Interactive License. So I decided it will be easier to leave 3D game engine and make game in Ren'py. And then I realized that probably the same rules about the use of 3D images (as already mentioned by Anne O'nymous) of characters will also apply to those from Skyrim. So I would render images and animations with exported characters from skyrim (Caliente's Beautiful Bodies Enhancer) and than make it game with Ren'py. Are there any issues with this solution?
