USM Body Blush shell for G8F has gap at the pelvis.

I'm trying to use USM Body Blush for G8F and not having much luck with it. I've tried loading just a basic G8F figure and the body blush shell and nothing else. But this happens:



Here I've added the "demon heat" emissives that come with the shell to make it more obvious, but the issue is present even without it. I've tried reinstalling the body blush shell, no dice. I've confirmed that this isn't a problem with any of the material's maps... all of them include the truncated area. The area affected matches up with the pelvis from the base body... as if the pelvis part of the shell is just missing.

Is anyone else having this issue?

This illustrates the problem more clearly. I simply removed the opacity mask from the shell and set opacity to 100% and then hid the base figure in the second screenshot. Part of the shell is simply missing. Is this a flaw in the product? Or is something wrong with my installation/configuration?
