Game is very interesting and the plot is nice.

I have a suggestion though:

It might be not so easy to realize but it would be nice to have an option to revisit the minor characters for sex scenes (no plot deviations):
Like Eviette in Oryeonguk, Fahda & possibly Alam\Domia in Marbia (if chosen to leave them friendly), Zuri & possibly lady Zuma from Hawatia, Invite Marny w her hubby to capital from Daoyuen etc.

Is it a bug with mason's guild building? I just completed this game with 2 different paths: House Levana and Elfkin, but Mason's guild building i can't build in other fiefdoms.

Yeah, there's a long and completely uninteresting explanation for this, but bug is close enough. The Mason's Guild will be fully functional in version 0.15 (late October) and will allow you to build building faster.

And another problem with achievement. For this time with Big Bully. Just completed the game with dominance and aggressive play but progress remains Global 3/5. Current Save Progress is not displayed anymore or is it only with this achievement?

Hawatia x2 (farmer and guy in the forest), Waikokipia (warehouse worker) and who are the other 2?
I thought in Waikokipia kids in the mountains, you should just scare them and in Tinpingia say pervy remark about his mom? Have no other ideas.

Version 0.15 is almost here!

This version is landing about a week later than I hoped: losing Gojira667, our developer, did not come without a cost. Fortunately, I’ve managed to recruit another talented chap, who goes by the nickname The Bear, to help carry the torch.

Although Version 0.15 is primarily a rework, it also brings new features for players who enjoy the strategic side of the game:

  • Mason’s Guild: unlocks after conquering five fiefdoms. Building it allows construction projects to complete faster.

  • Variable army travel time: troop movement now depends on the distance between fiefdoms. (Remember Queen Tiniya and Waikokipia’s travel-time bonus? It’s a lot more useful now!)
Strategic Conquest Paths
After conquering your first three fiefdoms, you’ll have three main directions to expand:

  • South → Limtinia and Hawatia, to gain new army formation capabilities.

  • West → Tinpingia and Waikokipia, to gain army movement bonuses.

  • North → Geoyanguk and Weguk, to secure better control over Fame management and reduce desertions.
Of course, you can always mix and match as you see fit.

Visual & Scene Overhaul
In addition to strategy changes, this version includes:

  • Hundreds of re-renders
  • Dozens of new animations
  • Full reworks of all characters connected to Marbia and the Ziruan Oasis quest: Queen Nahir, Alam, Domia, Fahda, and even Arzu (and her goblins).
And speaking of Fahda: rather than ditching her old model, I’ve decided to let you choose. You’ll be able to play with either the classic model or the new one.

Release Dates
  • October 14 - Early Access $30 & $50 tiers

  • October 16 - Early Access $20 tier

  • October 18 - Early Access $10 tier

  • October 20 - Early Access $5 tier

  • October 22 - Early Access $3 tier

Cheers!

Will these bonuses also be tied to the former rulers of the respective provinces? I.e. are they accrued simply by conquering the province in question, or do they require subsquently choosing the seduction route for the prisoner like for the other "ruler" bonuses?

  • Weguk (Yidril), Geoyanguk (Xeniny) and Tinpingia (Teniya): you get the bonus if the Wench is in your council, i.e. not in the dungeon. You don't have to seduce them though.
  • Hawatia, Limtinia and Waikokipia bonuses are not related to the Wenches.

Apparently I haven't been keeping up with the thread, as I only just noticed this comment from several months ago. So here's a very late response.

As a writer, I’ve come to realize that the characters I know at the beginning of the story grow and develop on their own as the story evolves. I don’t always know the full personality and motivation of every character I introduce: some reveal themselves to me later in the story, sometimes months or even years after they first appear.

The game is still in development, and while it’s not finished, I may introduce changes to past scenes to improve the overall story. When I work on the story, I think of existing players, but also of the final version. I try to tell the best story I can without introducing jarring retcons, but I don’t shy away from retcons if I believe they’ll lead to a stronger final version.

When I first started the game back in 2021, Queen Remy was the ultimate villain. But as the story progressed, I felt she needed deeper motivations and that I needed more flexibility in how her story could unfold. I also realized that if she remained a completely dark and corrupt villain, Karder would have no “softer” options when they meet and I wanted to give players more than just a 100% brutal dominance route. By 2023, I understood what her motivations were, and when I began working on update 0.11 in late 2023, I introduced her in her pious robe and probably modified the dialogue in the opening scene as well.

I realize some people feel the element of revenge was somewhat blunted by those decisions, but I personally think that adding the multiple choices (Dominance/Reluctance/Seduction) and building towards them was a worthwhile tradeoff.

I also believe that once the game is out, my opinion is just one dude’s opinion, so I’m not here to argue with people, just to explain the situation from my perspective.
I fully understand getting to know a character as you write them and revising your opinion on how they're best deployed in the story. I will say that to me Queen Remy went from a somewhat interesting antagonist to completely forgettable in the rewrite. Having her as a villainous character made for a far more interesting foil to Karder's personality I thought, whether the player chooses to play him as a hero (Good against Evil!) or a villain (Somewhat Evil against Even Bigger Evil!).

I still do not understand why Karder had to marry her in the ending rather than exacting any form of revenge; the game just sort of fizzled out at that point.

But, similar to your own caveat, this is my impression as someone who has played the game in installments over the years of development. Maybe someone who comes fresh to the finished product and plays through it in one go will feel entirely differently.

I'm afraid that having endless troops will encourage a super slow play style and will nullify Obedience. We're also cautious about introducing new mechanism(s) to balance endless troops, as I'm adamant in limiting the number of "things" a player has to control in the Khaganate. This is, after all, a porn game and not Crusader Kings.
On my playthrough I believe I cheated to increase the troop maximum by 30 or so as my own little compromise, just because I didn't find the constant hassle of troop management particularly enjoyable after the first few times.

I don't know  we last talked on July 26th and then silence. He was last seen on F95 on August 22nd. I mailed him on the two email addresses he gave me and PMd him here, but nothing.
>.< I hope he's okay. It's times like this I want to set up a deadman's switch. I can't seem to find his username any other context than this forum and this game. >.< Well, you've already exhausted every common means of communication. I just hope he wasn't caught up in one of the many, many horrible events happening around the world (Ukraine, US, Poland, India, etc.).
