Both me and my partner have vague memories of this game we used to play. I'm fairly confident it was web based but I found some APK wrapped version on some random website for it.
Things I confidently remember:
Character creation -support for gender and same sex interactions
You could have sex with an arachnid creature, humanoids, and there was at least one instance of some slime based creature.
Potions or items could be found/obtained to change your gender and possible penis and boob sizes.
I'm not sure there was a map exactly but there were different areas you could navigate to. I think navigation was done by clicking options either on the visual screen or in the text area.
The art style was kind of pixel-arty but possibly more refined.
