Seeing as the first and only review at this time is from 2017, I thought I'd say my piece (Version 0.19.2).
First off, I want to point out that there's hardly any content, despite having been out for for at least three years.
Story: Nearly nonexistent
In the intro story, we're told the player character is somehow accused of murder and then robbed in the woods and dumped into a dungeon and left for dead. That's basically all the story so far. You escape the dungeon, go to the nearest tavern asking about the dudes who robbed you, at which you're told they haven't got a clue and you're pointed to check the nearest city, and that's it.
There aren't that many side quests or character interactions to justify it either. Even this wouldn't be so bad if not for the fact that the gameplay is so shoddy and the sex scenes available to you weren't so few. The sex scenes are alright. Just alright. Most characters and enemies will have one sex scene. They don't seem to change upon revisiting or raising affection (a mechanic which is only used for one NPC).
Gameplay: Must have been designed by a Sadist
If you were going in blind like I was, your first reaction to being dumped in a dungeon is probably utter panic and frustration. If you're unlucky, you'll have lost your first fight before you've left it. And if you were extremely unlucky like me, you won't have anything to fight with other than your fist for 10+ enemies, which means taking 10+ rounds to win a fight, which means taking a lot of damage. Asides from the potions which you can buy/make and a tent which has 4 uses before needing to be recharged, there's only ONE place in the entire game that serves as an inn, and it's only open for about 18 hours a day. You can't even passively wait. You have to shuffle back and forth and hope you don't get jumped. This means is that you'll need to be carrying consumables all times. Which is a problem, because items stack to a max of 5 and you only have like 20 inventory spaces until you can afford an upgrade, which only gives you another 5 more.
Game has a crafting mechanic, which wouldn't be so bad, except for the aforementioned inventory limit and the abysmal drop rates of raw materials. And the only raw material you can buy is stone, which has no uses asides from making your first weapon or two. You could buy the gear, but it'll take at least 10 fights for each piece of armor/weapon because of how little gold you get.
As you level, enemies start to spawn in pairs, and if you're high enough, in threes. It's annoying because you essentially never get a break. Your fights will almost always be lengthy and annoying. The game doesn't bother to tell you that there's a soft limit to your stats. Adding more points after a certain point doesn't do anything, which is a problem because you can't respec your stats or perks. Every fight is going to chip your health and every space you traverse is a hostile zone.
Misc gripes:
There's no inn in the city. You can't sleep in your tent in the city. You get jumped by some drunk asshole, muggers, and sometimes city guards anywhere in the city. You have to pay the guard 10 coins every time you enter/re-enter the city and watch him be smug about it. The only entrance to the city is pretty much in the opposite direction to the commercial district. You can buy an item to allow you to teleport, except that there's only one location implemented, and that's the city's commercial district. Elemental resists, even though the only element I've seen is fire, and almost never use it. Dividing elemental resist into individual perk nodes and separating each one into a different tree. The melee perk tree requiring you to take that node to dual wield, and is the only tree that requires you to take 2 different nodes to get to the next node. Game breaks if you try to level up past 18. Being unable to respec your points. Having only 3 save slots. Having Crafting recipes that have "???" but don't actually have anything to unlock and unlocks popping up despite no "???". The tent uses 2 charges if you have a companion. You can't choose your companion's actions. I have no idea what status effects do. Your only companion, the dog, will more times than not outdamage you and is a fucking damage sponge compared to you regardless of your stats/gear, despite capping at lv 10. Most of sprites are straight up hideous and don't match the still art. Some of the quest descriptions are unclear.
I don't know whether it's Patron only or if it's just badly worded, but I haven't seen a single animated defeat scene. I've tried half the other scenes described, but they're still images when I encountered them. You can't masturbate your character, but not all enemies have a sex scene, and if you don't have bisexual tendencies, you're SOL.
Final verdict: I hate it. After this review, I'm going to delete my save, and forget the fact that I spent like 6 hours constantly checking the map for quests/events, grinding crafting thinking there's shit to unlock, and grinding levels thinking I can eventually one-shot these annoying ass enemies so I can finally grind for gold. "Surely there must be more to it for a game that's been developed for three years." Nope, there isn't.
P.S. I played this game normally. I'm aware that there's cheats, but even if you run from every fight and cheated your stats/gold, there's still barely any content and a ton of other poorly executed stuff.
