Noobish question, but I can't find answers anywhere. Whenever I try to access arca.live files I get:

Unavailable For Legal Reasons
This page is unavailable for legal reasons.
Why is this and how do I stop it? Were the files taken down because of Korean laws or is it a region lock thing keeping non-Koreans out? Thanks in advance.
