Identify Vampire Game

I'm looking for a game I played a long time ago. I remember that in the intro we, the MC, were in a car with our dad, he was talking about some sort of eye surgery for us, later, as grown up we get to meet the neighboring family that are vampires. i remmeber that we can see their eyes turning red which is possible only for other vampires.
