varScanner app I've build this morning while drinking a coffee ;)
written in Python (.exe & source file attached) ready to use

It scans all var files you have and export CSV files for futher analysis
It will help me spot the obvious "elephants in the room" nobody is talking about.
see atttached PDF manual with instructions and examples.

With regard to running it from the source; I wasn't able to track down the lib.files and lib.jsonRegexParser dependencies.

oopsy... maybe I forgot to attached it,
I'm currently working on a newer version of that tool that works better ;)
I will release it soon, maybe put it on github as well
