Not worth the download while the Itch version is playable in browser, let me put that front and center. My first rule of thumb is, "if I don't have to download something to enjoy it, then I won't." My other rule of thumb is "bondage makes everything better."
Incredibly simple gameplay, dare I say bare-bones even. The dev's username certainly checks out—it is incredibly minimal. It's just two buttons that you hold down 90% of the time. The first level is impossible to fail except on purpose. On the other hand, the final level really forces you to flirt with danger to complete the $3000 goal; you'll probably need a caution (⚠) meter of at least 75% and good passerby RNG to get past that threshold.
Honestly, this has so much potential if the dev ever had the inclination to flesh it out more.
Oh, and a couple of notable bugs as well.
It's not a bad game, per se, it's just not very engaging. You can be done in as quick as five, maybe ten minutes if you beat every level on the first try. This has potential to be something massive, but it doesn't feel like the dev's heart is really in it. So for that, it gets two stars: again, not a bad game, it's just over almost as quickly as it begins.
